Shipping policy

I ship on TUESDAYS & FRIDAYS but if you require your item asap please let me know and I'll do my best to accommodate.

CANADA POST ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES:
Canada = 1 - 10 business days
United States = 4 - 15 business days
*International Air = 7 - 21+ days depending on your location
*International Surface = 4 to 12+ WEEKS depending on your location

Unless otherwise stated in the description tracking numbers and insurance are NOT included with shipping. If you are concerned your item may not arrive tracking is available for an extra cost at time of checkout. I am not responsible for any loss or damages but if you have purchased additional insurance I will be happy to submit a claim to Canada Post on your behalf. Please send me photos of damaged item and damaged box.

CANADIAN SHOPPERS
If your purchase doesn’t fit through the 2 cm (3/4 of an inch) “slot of doom” I am required to ship the item via Expedited Parcel. Shipping costs are the same for items weighing 1 to 800 grams.

NON-CANADIAN SHOPPERS: You are responsible for paying all duties and taxes that may be associated with the receipt of the purchased item in your jurisdiction. You are also responsible for ensuring that the purchased item is not restricted in your country.
